Senior Clinical Trial Manager, Oncology (APAC)

Location: Hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week onsite at either the Jersey City, New Jersey or Millbrae, California office.

Salary: $143,000–$173,250 per year, plus bonus and equity compensation.

What you will do

• Develop trial strategies and oversee planning, monitoring, execution, and closeout of global clinical studies.
• Coordinate APAC local processes, clinical and ancillary supplies, import and export requirements, filing, archiving, insurance, and country information systems.
• Lead and mentor clinical trial associates, coordinators, and specialists.
• Ensure compliance with approved protocols, ICH-GCP, SOPs, and applicable country regulations.
• Oversee patient recruitment, data collection and validation, documentation, quality control, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with investigators, study coordinators, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver studies on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• Substantial clinical trial management experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Direct experience working with APAC countries; trial conduct experience in Japan and/or China is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and industry best practices, especially across APAC.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and attention-to-detail skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management software.
• Strong English skills in reading, writing, and speaking are required for communication with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Speaking proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean.
• Experience in oncology or another therapeutic area.
