Consulting & Analytics Graduate (Fintech)

Location: Vienna, Austria; at least 3 days in the office are required

What you will do

• Support consulting projects for banks, retailers, merchants, fintechs, airlines, and governments across payments, digital products, and strategy.
• Gather data, conduct market research, analyze payment-industry trends, and develop business insights.
• Analyze client data to identify preliminary trends and themes with guidance.
• Support senior consultants in developing advisory solutions covering business strategy, product development, pricing, customer segmentation, and customer experience.
• Contribute to workshops, client meetings, content development, presentations, and project management.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken German and high-level written and spoken English.
• Graduation completed and availability to start by November 2026.
• Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Ability to solve problems, derive insights from data, work in teams, and build relationships.
• Interest in technology and the payments industry.
