Sr. Engineer, Engineering Management System

Location: Billund, Denmark. Hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. Relocation support is not offered.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Engineering Management System components and supporting structures.
• Create and manage standards, templates, guidance materials, and documentation.
• Support engineering processes, governance frameworks, and management system architecture.
• Develop digital solutions using SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, and Power BI.
• Improve workflow optimization, automation, performance reporting, accessibility, and usability.
• Create communication, learning, and capability-building materials, while exploring AI and other digital solutions to strengthen adoption.

Requirements

• Experience delivering management, operational, or quality management systems in a professional environment.
• Experience building process management, standardization, governance, standards, documentation, and guidance frameworks.
• Experience with SharePoint administration, content structures, or knowledge management platforms.
• Experience using Confluence, Jira, or similar collaboration and workflow tools.
• Experience creating dashboards, reporting solutions, or analytics with Power BI or comparable platforms.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments is valuable for understanding practical delivery needs.

Nice to have

• Experience applying Microsoft Power Platform to improve business processes.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled productivity, automation, or knowledge management solutions.
• Experience building digital content architectures, knowledge repositories, or searchable knowledge environments.
