Service Engineer Nordics

Location: Aarhus, Denmark; the position is based in Denmark and requires approximately 70–80% travel to customer sites, including overnight stays.

What you will do

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and follow up on their concerns and technical problems.
• Install, commission, and provide preventive maintenance for hirify.global processing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and control systems.
• Drive continuous improvement at customer plants and provide technical service support.
• Complete service reports, administration, and activity-related documentation.
• Perform all work according to hirify.global and customer safety requirements and promote a safe working culture.

Requirements

• Technical education and practical experience in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic fields.
• Fluent written and spoken Danish and good English.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in small teams.
• Strong communication skills, ownership, and the ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.
• Availability for approximately 70–80% travel and regular overnight stays.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation and PLC systems.
• Experience in process plants within the food industry.
