What you will do

• Process accounts payable transactions and resolve outstanding items.
• Validate and review invoices for received goods in Navision.
• Support Excel-based reporting and KPI analyses.
• Contribute to projects that optimize accounting processes.
• Coordinate invoice approvals with internal departments and communicate with suppliers and stakeholders via Zendesk.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable degree program.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Independent and proactive working style with very good communication skills.
• Good command of English required.

Nice to have

• Initial experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of Navision and/or SAP.
