Senior Insight Analyst (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland — Inflancka 4B and 4C Street, Gdanski Business Center II

Salary: PLN 120,000–138,000 yearly

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned categories or industry segments and provide fact-based commercial recommendations.
• Own client relationships and partner with Consulting Teams on briefings, analyses, and presentations.
• Lead end-to-end analyses and storytelling, challenge client hypotheses, and answer complex business questions using the SCQA framework.
• Quantify business opportunities, identify sales leads, and help shape client category strategy.
• Coach junior analysts through formal coaching and Customer Success Academy initiatives.
• Use AI tools such as Ask Arthur, Copilot, and ChatGPT to accelerate routine work and improve insight quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Retail, Market Research, or Consulting, or 3+ years working directly with hirify.global or GfK data.
• Experience with hirify.global Discover, RMS, CPS, or equivalent GfK platforms is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English at C1 level or above, both written and verbal.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong analytical rigour, and excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client workstreams and work effectively in multicultural, virtual teams.
