Field Service Engineer North Region (Water Quality)

Location: Bilbao-Derio, Spain; field-based work at customer sites with travel and overnight stays averaging up to 7 days per month.

What you will do

• Manage and perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of water-quality equipment.
• Review work orders, prepare the required materials, and travel to customer sites.
• Communicate with customers, perform service work, and provide feedback on completed activities.
• Prepare service reports and close work orders.
• Generate leads that support business growth and deliver a strong customer service experience.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel and stay overnight for up to 7 days per month on average.
• English communication skills required for phone, email, and other work-related communication.
• Knowledge of electronics.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Positive attitude.
