Performance Marketing Manager (Retail)

Location: Milton Keynes, with attendance required 2–3 days per month

Salary: £50,000–£56,000 per year plus a 15% bonus

hirify.global is recruiting for a major consumer business with an established central marketing function and an ongoing digital transformation programme.

What you will do

• Lead Paid Social strategy, with a strong focus on Meta campaign performance and optimisation.
• Review agency-managed accounts and identify improvements in structure, targeting, measurement and creative.
• Manage and develop Paid Social and Affiliate specialists while setting channel priorities.
• Partner with media agencies on Display, Programmatic and YouTube campaigns, including testing and optimisation.
• Use forecasting, experimentation and performance analysis to improve conversions, revenue and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Paid Social experience and advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience managing performance campaigns against commercial KPIs and budgets.
• Confidence interpreting campaign data and working with Excel.
• Exposure to Display, Programmatic or YouTube advertising.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to challenge partners, influence stakeholders and explain technical details clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience in Travel, Insurance, Automotive, Finance or Subscription industries.
• Agency-side experience.
