Senior Manager, Internal Communications (AI)

What you will do

• Own internal communications across onboarding, performance cycles, benefits, policy changes and People-led programmes.
• Partner with the People team and build manager cascade toolkits, talking points, FAQs and briefing materials.
• Lead internal communications for the UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific, including regional content and leadership visibility.
• Plan communications for people-related and regional change, including sensitive and high-stakes messages.
• Support all-hands, company updates, newsletters, intranet content and major company moments for a distributed audience.
• Track communication effectiveness, contribute to employee listening and improve programmes based on feedback.

Requirements

• Significant experience in internal or employee communications, ideally in a technology, high-growth or global business.
• Experience partnering with People or HR teams across the employee lifecycle.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience communicating across countries, cultures and time zones, and building manager enablement communications from scratch.
• Strong project management skills, a hands-on approach and comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.
