Communications Lead (AI Industrial)

hirify.global is an AI Industrial company developing critical physical products through CurieOS, an AI operating system combining automated hardware engineering and AI-designed materials science.

What you will do

• Define and own external communications strategy, brand voice, messaging frameworks, and category positioning for hirify.global and CurieOS.
• Translate technical milestones across AI, materials science, hardware engineering, customer deployments, and product releases into clear narratives.
• Own long-form content, thought leadership, website messaging, investor communications, campaign assets, and editorial quality from strategy through production.
• Develop the organic social strategy, editorial calendar, content direction, and point of view in partnership with the GTM team.
• Build the press function, strengthen media relationships, identify coverage opportunities, and support founder positioning.
• Brief and manage creative work involving design, video, freelance writers, and press agencies.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in communications, content, editorial, or brand storytelling, ideally in a technical, deep-tech, or science-adjacent environment.
• Excellent writing skills, editorial judgment, and a portfolio covering long-form, short-form, and messaging work.
• Ability to make technical ideas accessible without losing credibility or nuance.
• Experience owning both communications strategy and execution, building systems, and creating or significantly expanding a communications function.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills when working with founders, engineers, GTM, and design teams.
• Deep curiosity about AI, science, engineering, or technical products.
