What you will do

• Build and scale a brand-led, content-led marketing strategy across PR, communications, content, and design.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of brand designers, motion designers, editors, and content writers.
• Own PR and communications, including agency management, high-profile placements, and thought leadership.
• Develop visual and video-led content for LinkedIn, email, and social channels.
• Define the company narrative across product announcements, founder communications, and long-form storytelling.
• Set performance metrics for reach, engagement, brand affinity, and pipeline influence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a brand-, content-, or communications-driven marketing organization.
• Proven success creating brand and content strategies that generate measurable inbound demand.
• Experience leading creative teams across design, motion, copy, and production.
• Strong PR and communications experience, including agency management and executive positioning.
• Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to simplify complex technical ideas into clear narratives.
• Portfolio demonstrating taste, originality, and a high standard of quality.
