What you will do

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and web chats from members with a focus on personal, efficient service.
• Diagnose and resolve product questions, billing concerns, and customer complaints.
• Manage and de-escalate complex or sensitive cases while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales teams to address root causes of customer issues.
• Identify recurring friction points to help improve the overall member experience.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Fluent English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and constructive under pressure.
• Comfortable managing high-volume interactions across multiple channels.
