Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, California, five days per week; walking distance to Caltrain. Travel to domestic and international customer sites is required for approximately 15% of the year.

What you will do

• Manage the customer lifecycle from pre-contract engagement through pilot implementation, production conversion, and product adoption.
• Lead onboarding and conduct technical training sessions for customer engineering and development teams.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable product features and configurations.
• Diagnose and resolve customer-reported technical issues, escalating complex problems to engineering teams.
• Monitor usage metrics and system performance data, and analyze feedback to recommend product improvements.
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable development tasks while collaborating with engineering and product management.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in solutions engineering roles after completing a bachelor's degree or equivalent foreign degree.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Ability to work in the San Francisco office five days per week.
• Ability to travel to customer sites domestically and internationally approximately 15% of the year.
