Human Resources Manager

What you will do

• Lead HR operations for more than 750 warehouse, sales, facilities, and office employees.
• Partner with hiring managers to execute high-growth recruitment strategies.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and corrective action matters.
• Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and programs consistently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience, including recruiting and people management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to work on-site at the Kenosha branch.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required.
