Senior Analyst (Ocean Product)

Location: 223 Hing Fong Road, Hong Kong, New Territories, Hong Kong; onsite

Provides e-commerce, freight forwarding, import and export services, international ocean and air freight forwarding, surface transportation, distribution, customs brokerage, and trade advisory solutions.

What you will do

• Manage regional tender processes and develop suggested selling proposals.
• Develop and maintain pricing databases for ocean products.
• Create pricing processes and guidelines, define system requirements, and support implementation.
• Maintain ocean carrier service contracts, strengths and weaknesses matrices, and service performance data.
• Manage ocean freight procurement and negotiate with service providers.
• Handle additional projects and assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, logistics studies, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience working for multinational freight forwarders.
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, timeline-management, and multitasking skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

• Allocation management experience on TPEB trade.
