Senior Business Analyst (Digital Distribution & Enterprise Engineering)

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong; hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the designated hirify.global office and one day outside the office

What you will do

• Gather, document, and maintain APAC-specific business and technical requirements across data, CRM, client reporting, web, and content platforms.
• Support global D2E2 initiatives by capturing regional needs and maintaining the APAC product backlog.
• Assess impacts, prioritise inputs, track pain points, and define acceptance criteria with business and technology stakeholders.
• Provide business analysis throughout discovery, implementation, and post-delivery review.
• Analyse processes, identify inefficiencies and risks, and prepare requirements documents, user stories, process maps, and test scenarios.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and contribute to the APAC distribution technology knowledge base.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in business analysis within technology or digital delivery.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and requirements gathering across multiple business domains or markets.
• Experience with distribution technology platforms, including data platforms, CRM, content management, client reporting, or web platforms.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across technical and business audiences, multiple markets, and time zones.
• Structured, detail-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a global organisation or across distributed teams.
• Exposure to the APAC financial services industry.
