Manufacturing Technician (Semiconductor Equipment)

What you will do

• Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, repairs, and error correction using work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts lists.
• Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies and components.
• Record progress, expenses, labor details, and test results in computer systems; perform repairs or install software when required.
• Inspect parts, verify availability, complete audits, document finished work, and identify process improvements.
• Follow cleanroom, health, safety, and security procedures, including required training and protective equipment requirements.

Requirements

• Analytical skills and the ability to apply scientific methods to practical manufacturing activities.
• Ability to interpret work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to recognize and solve typical problems using established procedures or scientific methods.
• Ability to communicate information effectively with colleagues and integrated teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Singapore.
