Senior Associate, BPO, Technology & Onboarding (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support the accurate and efficient onboarding of new BPO clients.
• Analyze incoming and outgoing trade files and document mapping requirements.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, and external stakeholders to implement integration solutions.
• Identify improvements to onboarding processes, controls, and technology platforms.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, technology onboarding, implementation, post-trade operations, or a related financial-services role.
• Experience with data mapping, system integrations, or operational technology platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
