System Analyst (Anti-Fraud)

Spotware Systems is developing a new Anti-Fraud product within its Engineering team, focused on complex integrations, data processing, and platform-level technical logic.

What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and formalize business and technical requirements for engineering initiatives, services, and integrations.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and implementation-ready documentation for developers.
• Design and document integration flows between systems and services, including APIs, data flows, system interactions, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify dependencies, gaps, edge cases, and technical risks before development starts.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout implementation.
• Validate delivered functionality against requirements and support QA with business and system logic.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience as a System Analyst working with technically complex software products.
• Strong understanding of backend and platform architecture, microservices, system integration, event-driven architecture, asynchronous processes, and service-to-service communication.
• Practical experience with different types of integrations and APIs, including integrations beyond simple frontend REST APIs.
• Experience describing system interactions through sequence diagrams, data flows, API specifications, database models, or similar technical artifacts.
• Knowledge of data storage, data processing, and database concepts, with the ability to analyze complex systems and structure ambiguous technical problems.
• English sufficient for technical documentation and cross-functional communication. Practical use of AI tools for analytical work is required.

• Experience in fintech, trading, payments, crypto, iGaming, or other integration-heavy and real-time systems.
