Area Manager Cargo - Nairobi or Johannesburg

What you will do

• Implement Etihad Cargo's commercial strategy across the assigned market and customer accounts.
• Lead and coordinate the CSP team to achieve commercial targets and budget expectations.
• Develop country, area, and account plans to improve revenue, load factor, yield, and product mix.
• Manage customer contracts and relationships across global, regional, and local accounts.
• Use market intelligence to identify opportunities, address obstacles, and provide feedback to headquarters.
• Drive KPI and SLA compliance, digital cargo solutions, direct booking capabilities, and E-Airway Bill adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in Nairobi or Johannesburg.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least five years of commercial experience in cargo.
• Extensive market experience and strong customer knowledge.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication is essential.
• Strong cargo commercial experience and basic knowledge of GHA and warehouse handling.
