SMART Operations Coordinator

Salary: PLN 68,600–114,400 per year

What you will do

• Consolidate and analyze portfolio data across global Finance transformation initiatives.
• Produce portfolio reports, performance insights, and executive-level presentations.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards and benefits tracking, including planned-versus-actual performance monitoring.
• Manage the central portfolio repository, governance templates, documentation, and review cycles.
• Track actions, coordinate stakeholder follow-up, and support onboarding of new initiatives.
• Improve portfolio management processes, tools, templates, and governance practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in PMO, portfolio coordination, business analysis, or operations.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard management.
• Advanced Excel skills for data consolidation, financial tracking, and analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations.
• Structured working style, financial and analytical mindset, and strong stakeholder communication skills in a global environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• Exposure to multinational or shared services environments.
