Senior Learning Specialist - EMEA (MedTech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; remote or hybrid work model with occasional regional travel possible.

What you will do

• Partner with EMEA stakeholders to identify learning and capability development needs.
• Align regional learning requirements with global programs and drive training standardization.
• Support Learning Professionals and site leaders in delivering effective GMP and compliance training.
• Analyze training metrics to improve learning effectiveness and reduce risk.
• Serve as a regional subject matter expert for learning systems, tools, processes, and programs.
• Deliver trainer qualification programs, onboarding, and learning workshops across the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing training or learning programs across multiple countries or locations.
• Experience developing training in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, consulting, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across cultures and organizational levels.
• Fluent English required, with a strong analytical mindset and experience using learning technologies and data.
