Junior Technical Project Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of smaller IT projects and support the execution of project goals.
• Break down requirements into epics, user stories, and tasks in collaboration with development teams.
• Coordinate estimation and planning, maintain backlogs, prioritize tasks, and review outdated requests.
• Monitor project scope, risks, timelines, budgets, progress, and team workloads; escalate potential delays and changes.
• Communicate project status to clients and organize status meetings, demos, notes, action items, and follow-ups.
• Administer work management tools and provide first-line technical and organizational support, including documentation and access management.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating IT projects, tasks, or team workflows.
• Basic understanding of IT delivery processes and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with project and task management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, backlog management, task breakdown, and deadline focus.
• Ability to identify problems, risks, and delays independently and escalate them appropriately.
• Fluent written and spoken English for communication and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitLab, GitHub, ClickUp, or similar IT workflow tools.
• Technical mindset or basic DevOps knowledge, including Git and Python/Bash scripting.
