What you will do

• Set up lithography processes according to technical requirements for silicon photonics and power platforms.
• Guide lithography module development engineers in developing and qualifying new processes.
• Troubleshoot process setup issues and ensure qualification lots run smoothly.
• Work with equipment and integration teams to improve process robustness, stability, margins, quality, and production cost.
• Track project milestones, report progress to the department head, and communicate effectively with customer engineering teams.
• Train engineers and AEs on process knowledge before mass production and deputize the lithography process section manager when needed.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, chemical engineering, science, solid-state physics, or another relevant engineering or physical science discipline.
• More than 10 years of lithography experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across different cultures.
