Senior Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Build AI-powered tools that help concept designers move from ideas to visualizations more efficiently.
• Develop full-stack solutions using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Integrate AI, machine learning models, and third-party APIs into production systems.
• Design software architecture and establish a strong technical foundation for future development.
• Build and refine an MVP through direct feedback from concept designers.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and other technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience shipping full-stack features to production.
• Experience with C#, TypeScript, AWS, React, .NET, or similar modern technologies.
• Experience integrating external APIs and AI or machine learning models into production systems.
• Experience designing software architecture and leading complex initiatives from ambiguity to delivery.
• Ability to communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with an assigned primary workplace and an average of 3 office days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience applying LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic in user-facing products.
• Experience creating tools or internal platforms for non-technical users.
• Experience applying UX thinking to tools and user experiences.
• Experience shipping maintainable products focused on practical outcomes and long-term sustainability.
