AI Engineering Enablement Specialist (AI): Creating training, workshops, hackathons, and practical learning resources that help engineers adopt AI tools and agentic workflows with an accent on developer enablement, workflow discovery, and AI tooling evaluation. Focus on connecting engineering teams with the central AI team, identifying developer friction points, and translating feedback into improvements that increase AI adoption.
Location: Hybrid role based in Ballerup, Denmark

What you will do
- Desi and facilitate training sessions, practical workshops, and hackathons on AI tools, coding assistants, and agentic workflows.
- Connect engineering teams with the central AI team by gathering feedback and mapping software-development workflows.
- Identify developer friction points and translate technical needs into actionable improvements.
- Assess technical needs, evaluate third-party developer AI solutions, and define requirements for in-house AI capabilities.
- Build an internal community of practice through playbooks, practical guides, cheat sheets, and developer outcome sharing.
Requirements
- Educational background in technology management, computer science, technical communication, learning and development, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Clear communication skills and an ability to coach others, host interactive sessions, and explain technical concepts accessibly.
- Technical literacy and curiosity, including familiarity with software-development workflows such as IDEs, Git, and CI/CD.
- Ability to build trust across diverse groups, listen to user needs, and turn feedback into practical improvements.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-assisted developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or LLM APIs.
- Experience in technical training, developer-relations programmes, or internal product discovery.
