Senior AI Engineer

What you will do

• Build, run, and evaluate AI proof-of-concepts and MVPs for automated content creation and AI-assisted publishing.
• Develop AI applications using LLMs, APIs, orchestration frameworks, retrieval systems, automation pipelines, and agentic workflows.
• Experiment with emerging models, tools, frameworks, coding agents, and evaluation methods.
• Translate business needs into reliable technical solutions and take ownership of delivery with limited supervision.
• Collaborate with QA, product, editorial, and production teams to validate model outputs and improve reliability.
• Support the transition of validated prototypes and MVPs into production-ready solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, LLMs, API integrations, and AI application development.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Solid programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Practical understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, workflow automation, model evaluation, and output validation.
• Experience using agentic coding tools such as Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot to build software.
• Strong analytical, communication, independent-working, and rapid-prototyping skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with no-code or low-code automation platforms alongside clear coding, API integration, or system-design experience.
