What you will do

• Process global supplier invoices and payments using Continia’s Document Capture, including general ledger coding.
• Maintain payable records, documentation, reconciliations, and open-liability follow-up.
• Manage employee expense submissions through Pleo and support employees with the system.
• Support payment scheduling, cash-flow management, and weekly and monthly cash forecasting.
• Assist with internal and external accounts payable audits.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to finance, automation, and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or general accounting.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, accountable, and dependable approach to financial operations.
• Ability to collaborate with the Finance team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Adaptability and willingness to contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Ability to develop knowledge of bookkeeping principles, financial statements, and business processes.
