Intern Strategy & Transformation (Defense & Security)

hirify.global develops, designs, and produces electric vertical take-off and landing small unmanned aerial systems for defense, security, and public-sector customers, integrating edge computing and real-time AI-powered data processing.

What you will do

• Translate market, competitor, and technology developments into strategic positions and options for the C-level.
• Own defined workstreams in company-wide transformation and governance programs from concept through rollout.
• Structure execution plans for industrialization, series production, and market entry.
• Improve and document supply chain, procurement, and internal capability-building approaches.
• Prepare executive memos, board presentations, and business cases for senior management and customers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree or in the final year of a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, political science, or security studies.
• Practical experience from an internship in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, the defense industry, or a startup.
• Private interest in defense and security policy, current conflicts, and their implications for unmanned systems.
• Ability to structure open problems into hypotheses and workplans independently and deliver executive-grade PowerPoint and Excel output.
• German at C1+ and English at C1 are required.
• Eligibility for a security clearance is required.
