Cloud Engineer – AI Solutions (Manager) - Remote

Location: Remote, with flexible living locations across the United States or Canada; travel as needed for client demand.

Base salary: $155,000–$175,000 per year. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive: $186,000–$210,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design, provision, and operate end-to-end cloud environments for client engagements and internal delivery assets.
• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CDK.
• Design data engineering pipelines and AI/ML and LLM infrastructure on a major cloud platform.
• Set up DevOps pipelines and deploy containerized applications across cloud-native and serverless services.
• Establish observability foundations covering logging, monitoring, alerting, and cost tracking.
• Lead cloud infrastructure decisions on client engagements and collaborate with architects, engineers, IT, and security stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or platform infrastructure.
• Experience designing and provisioning infrastructure on at least one major cloud platform.
• Production-grade Infrastructure as Code experience and proficiency with AI/ML and LLM infrastructure.
• Experience with hub-and-spoke architectures across development, QA, staging, and production environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking, security, identity, secrets management, and compliance guardrails.
• Strong communication and client-facing experience; 5+ years in consulting or client delivery is preferred.

• Cloud certification on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
