Senior Associate, IT, AzureOps Engineer (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and key IT systems.
• Manage high-impact incidents and maintain stable, secure, and high-performing cloud services.
• Administer Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange, security, licensing, endpoint management, AWS, and Citrix environments.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, YAML, and Git workflows.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep, PowerShell, and workflow tools.
• Mentor support staff and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and project plans.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, including Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune or SCCM, and Microsoft Defender.
• Experience with Windows Server 2012–2022, Windows 10/11, Group Policy, enterprise device configuration, cloud infrastructure, and backup and recovery solutions.
• Understanding of networking concepts including VPN, Wi-Fi, and basic routing.
• At least four years of IT systems or support experience in a senior capacity, including recent experience with cloud technologies.
• A bachelor's or associate degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience; relevant Microsoft or AWS certifications are accepted.
• Ability to work flexibly to support global teams and projects across APAC and North America.

Nice to have

• Citrix or VDI technologies, including AVD.
• AWS, multi-cloud environments, Infrastructure as Code, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, or PowerShell automation.
• macOS and mobile device management, including Jamf, iOS, or Android.
• Jira, networking platforms such as Meraki or Palo Alto, system migrations, cloud transformation, or video conferencing technologies.
