Comp & Benefits Intern: Summer 2027

Location: Hybrid in Omaha, Nebraska; must live within commuting distance of the Omaha office from May 26 through July 30, 2027

What you will do

• Support Compensation and Benefits projects across payroll, compensation, benefits, wellness, data, and technology.
• Work with different HR areas to evaluate organizational and employee needs.
• Recommend solutions that support employee attraction, retention, growth, and development.
• Gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced HR professionals.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program in human resources, organizational leadership, business administration, or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet or exceed department attendance and punctuality requirements.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be accepted.
• Must live within commuting distance of the Omaha office during the internship period.
