What you will do

• Handle the reinsurance business administration for clients efficiently and accurately.
• Support client markets, underwriting, and pricing teams.
• Act as a business expert for hirify.global administrative tools, processes, and guidelines.
• Maintain process methodology and manage assigned tasks against agreed service standards.
• Work with internal business partners to resolve long-pending operational issues.
• Complete additional administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, insurance, or a related field.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, self-motivated, collaborative, and willing to learn.
• Flexibility with working hours.
