Customer Care Specialist

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via livechat, phone, and email.
• Resolve account, order, and delivery issues while providing guidance on dog nutrition and wellness.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless order execution.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the Customer Care knowledge base.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with company values.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in Australia.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact centre.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with excellent English.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Must be available to work across a rotating 7-day roster.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office).
• A genuine love for pets.
