Client Solutions Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: Parramatta, Australia. Hybrid work model with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week at 3 Parramatta Square and flexibility to attend more often. Rotating roster from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday.

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls and emails from clients and financial advisers.
• Provide information and support on superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions.
• Resolve client enquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to meet performance targets and maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping others.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to exceptional client service.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new information, systems, and processes.
• Availability for a rotating Monday-to-Friday roster between 8 am and 8 pm and attendance in the Parramatta office at least 2 days per week.
• Availability to start in late September 2026.

• Previous financial services experience is not required.
