Analyst, Commercial Services Administration (Automotive Finance)

What you will do

• Review daily commercial services portfolio activity and verify that systems accurately reflect loans and charges.
• Research and resolve suspense items and loan exceptions within required timelines.
• Collect and process dealer wholesale and commercial loan payments.
• Process dealer wires according to policies and procedures, obtain approvals, and maintain supporting documentation.
• Report heightened risks and unusual situations to management and appropriate stakeholders.
• Respond to dealer questions by phone and through the shared inbox.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, or 2+ years of related professional experience in banking or auto finance.
• Experience with process improvement, report creation, and ad hoc projects.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, task management, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to recognize when to escalate issues and provide clear explanations and recommendations to management.
• Must have United States work authorization without requiring current or future immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with DataScan or On-Site systems, including Wholesale Intelligence or Audit Intelligence.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
