Site Facility Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead facility safety programs and provide training on LOTO, confined space entry, line breaking, and hot work.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, OSHA, PSM, RCRA, TSCA, and DOT regulations.
• Manage plant infrastructure, maintenance budgets, preventive maintenance programs, and reliability KPIs.
• Lead process optimization and structured problem-solving initiatives using Six Sigma and 8D methodologies.
• Develop and execute capital projects, including proposals, cost estimates, capital expenditure requests, MOC, and safety reviews.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and physical inventory processes while supporting multi-site engineering and operational improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of progressive operations, engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience managing safety programs and maintaining EHS regulatory compliance.
• Experience developing and executing maintenance, reliability, or capital improvement programs.
• Ability to analyze operational data, implement process improvements, and communicate effectively across organizational levels.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• 5+ years supporting OSHA 1910.119 Process Safety Management programs.
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems.
• Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or DFSS experience.
• Experience with process controls, quality systems, Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, FMEA, 5S, or Value Stream Mapping.
• Experience in adhesives manufacturing or chemical processing environments, plus knowledge of ISO standards and zero-defect methodologies.
