Senior Solutions Architect (AI/DevSecOps)

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, validation, and solution design for enterprise customers across the software development lifecycle.
• Own proofs of concept, proofs of value, workshops, tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
• Partner with Account Executives and regional sales teams on enterprise acquisition and expansion strategies.
• Enable South Korea go-to-market partners and support consistent technical delivery across partner-led engagements.
• Represent hirify.global at webinars, industry events, presentations, panels, hackathons, and other marketing activities.
• Advise customers on DevSecOps, CI/CD, security, cloud practices, and digital transformation while sharing customer feedback with internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience in technical presales, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role with enterprise organizations.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, modern DevSecOps practices, CI/CD workflows, and hirify.global or comparable platforms.
• Practical understanding of cloud computing, deployment, security, and operations.
• Experience leading technical evaluations, proofs of concept or value, tenders, audits, workshops, or value stream assessments.
• Strong technical communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in Korean and English is required.
