Senior Patient Recruitment Strategy Lead (Clinical Trials)

What you will do

• Implement patient recruitment and retention strategies for global clinical trials with sponsors and internal teams.
• Translate strategic recommendations into operational and tactical plans supporting enrollment and retention goals.
• Advise sponsors using study performance data, recruitment metrics, and industry best practices.
• Lead assigned recruitment and retention programs, coordinating stakeholders, providers, and patient engagement initiatives.
• Monitor performance, identify recruitment risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage program budgets, financial performance, team oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Approximately 6+ years of experience in clinical research, life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environments.
• Experience with global or multi-regional studies and patient recruitment, engagement, retention, or clinical trial enrollment strategy.
• Client-facing experience working directly with sponsors and external stakeholders.
• Strong project and financial management skills, including budget planning, forecasting, and oversight.
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
