Logistics - Material Coordinator/Handler III (O2) (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; onsite manufacturing environment

Salary: $20.00–$27.50 per hour

What you will do

• Prioritize daily stores activities, receive parts, update inventory records, and maintain shortage reports.
• Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and non-conformances, and audit or transfer materials for shipment.
• Coordinate material delivery to cleanroom environments and replenish manufacturing line-side bins.
• Review material requirements and work orders, monitor project status, and expedite supplier deliveries.
• Process excess and obsolete stock through rework, transfer, or scrapping procedures.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, vans, trucks, overhead cranes, and other assigned material-handling equipment while following safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proficiency in a range of processes and procedures for assigned material-coordination tasks.
• Basic understanding of how the team integrates with other functions and ability to exchange information regularly.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment involving extended standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting, tight spaces, noise, and use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to distinguish colors and operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, as required.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom while wearing required personal protective equipment, including coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other inventory-management systems.
• Experience training or providing informal guidance to junior material coordinators.
