Supplies Planet Partners Program Manager

What you will do

• Manage the North America Planet Partner Program for supplies, including take-back and recycling operations.
• Drive operational performance, customer experience, sustainability outcomes, compliance, and financial governance.
• Own strategic supply chain projects from planning through execution and develop recommendations based on operational data.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate customers, recycling partners, logistics providers, compliance teams, commercial organizations, and internal business units.
• Monitor supply chain trends, assess business impact, and contribute to competitive supply chain strategies.
• Advise senior management on supply chain risks, strategic plans, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in supply chain management, sustainability, environmental management, manufacturing engineering, operations management, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Strong supply chain knowledge and experience solving complex operational problems.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and engaging internal and external stakeholders.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
