Senior Operations Analyst (Data Center Operations)

What you will do

• Lead operational tasks involving servers, storage, networking equipment, and platform software.
• Perform rack and stack activities, hardware installation, in-cabinet maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Coordinate remote data center technicians and maintain operational standards across multiple data center environments.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows operating systems and out-of-band management platforms such as IPMI/BMC.
• Conduct root cause analysis for hardware failures, RAID rebuilds, storage allocation, and disk lifecycle management.
• Improve documentation, workflows, escalation procedures, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Advanced English communication skills at B2 level or higher.
• Proven experience with server hardware diagnostics, replacements, and upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of data center standards, rack layouts, cabling, power distribution, and remote hands coordination.
• Experience with monitoring platforms, ticketing systems, incident handling, and Linux administration, including command-line operations, scripting, and performance tuning.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, RAID technologies, disk provisioning, and storage troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience; senior data center operations or infrastructure support experience is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Bash, or Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with DCIM or asset management platforms.
• Experience coordinating multiple data centers or points of presence simultaneously.
• Background in ISP or cloud infrastructure environments.
