Workday Integration Specialist (Workday)

Location: Hybrid in Austin, US. An in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub may be required at the offer stage. Access to U.S.-controlled technology may require authorization without export-license sponsorship.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and support internal and external Workday HCM integrations.
• Integrate Workday with global payroll, benefits providers, Dell Boomi, and other internal and external systems.
• Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations, EIBs, Core Connectors, RaaS, Web Services, and Workday Studio solutions.
• Configure Workday business processes and integration security, and develop custom reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and BIRT reports.
• Monitor and maintain reliable, fault-tolerant interfaces operating at hirify.global scale.
• Provide technical design, documentation, implementation, production support, and collaboration with People and Payroll business teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years developing Workday integrations.
• 4+ years of experience with Workday custom reports, dashboards, calculated fields, EIBs, Core Connectors, RaaS, Web Services, and Workday Studio.
• 4+ years of experience with XML, XSD, and XSLT transformations; knowledge of XML and XSLT is essential.
• Proficiency with Workday HCM, including Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, business process configuration, and configurable security.
• Experience with system design documentation, public APIs, integration security using X509, PGP, and SSH, and BIRT development.
• Experience with Java, Agile methodology, Workday OX, and monitoring vendor interfaces; Workday Integration Certification is desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience with Prism or Adaptive Insights.
• Experience with JavaScript runtime and cloud technologies including NodeJS, Linux, and AWS.
