Senior Director, Enterprise AI

Location: Hybrid in Irving, Texas, with three days per week required in the Dallas office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Salary: $175,900–$281,500 USD base salary per year, with potential annual bonus, stock, and other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide AI strategy, roadmap, portfolio, and investment priorities.
• Identify and scale high-impact applications of generative AI, machine learning, and automation across contact center operations, customer experience, and internal functions.
• Own the technical roadmap for the Claude and Gemini Enterprise plugin framework, including secure authoring, testing, deployment, reliability, and expansion to additional roles and use cases.
• Establish responsible AI governance covering data privacy, model risk, compliance, vendor evaluation, and enterprise adoption standards.
• Partner with data, enterprise applications, product development, and information security teams to connect governed data sources and enforce architectural and security standards.
• Build the AI organization, hire and mentor engineers and managers, manage vendor and research relationships, and drive company-wide AI literacy and adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation, product management, or AI/ML program leadership.
• 3+ years in a people-management or program-management capacity.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale AI or digital transformation initiatives from concept through production.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, generative AI, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience building AI governance frameworks covering data privacy, model risk, and responsible AI in a regulated or enterprise SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
