Senior AI Ecosystem Intelligence & Automation Architect (Edge AI & Robotics)

hirify.global is hiring for an AI and automation architecture role supporting Edge AI and Robotics ecosystem programs.

What you will do

• Design AI-enabled capabilities for ecosystem discovery, onboarding, qualification, catalog operations, partner engagement, and reporting.
• Define information architecture, metadata, taxonomy, search, knowledge management, and RAG-ready content structures.
• Architect data extraction and normalization for partner, program, catalog, qualification, and engagement data.
• Specify AI-powered search, recommendations, chatbots, guided workflows, and agentic process automation.
• Create dashboards and reporting requirements covering engagement, customer satisfaction, onboarding health, qualification status, content quality, and program performance.
• Partner with UX, program operations, ecosystem strategy, and development teams to define implementation-ready specifications, acceptance criteria, data quality checks, and automation rules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, information systems, AI/ML, data analytics, digital platforms, product operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with AI-enabled platforms, data architecture, automation, analytics, enterprise search, reporting, digital operations, or technical program enablement.
• Experience defining requirements for data extraction, metadata, reporting, dashboards, search, analytics, workflow automation, or AI-enabled digital capabilities.
• Ability to translate business and program needs into technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and implementation-ready specifications.
• Ability to work across program management, UX/product, engineering, and business stakeholder groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining AI, data, automation, and reporting concepts to non-specialist stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG, AI-assisted search, chatbots, recommendation systems, process automation, agentic workflows, or AI-based content classification.
• Experience with ecosystem, marketplace, partner, developer, technical catalog, onboarding, qualification, or customer enablement platforms.
• Experience creating operational scorecards, customer engagement analytics, satisfaction measurement, process health reporting, or executive dashboards.
• Familiarity with content management systems, structured content, search tuning, taxonomy, data governance, analytics platforms, and workflow automation tools.
• Interest in Edge AI, Robotics, software ecosystems, partner enablement, customer self-service, and technical ecosystem scale.
