Process Digitalisation Senior Engineer (Assistant Manager)

What you will do

• Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and document automation solutions using workflow orchestration tools, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Python, and AI-assisted tooling.
• Translate business process requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with subject-matter experts and process designers.
• Develop reusable automation patterns, building blocks, and reference architectures across IAA.
• Build and maintain AI solutions that help IAA teams create value for clients.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver digitization use cases across transformation projects and business-as-usual operations.
• Train staff, promote self-service automation, and contribute to the strategic digitization roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience in process analysis, workflow assessment, and automation design.
• Ability to define solution components, data flows, APIs, connectors, security controls, deployment patterns, and reusable technical building blocks.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, workflow orchestration tools, and AI-based tools such as Claude Code and LLM integrations.
• Software engineering fundamentals including Python, version control, CI/CD, and configuration-as-code.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work across transformation programs and BAU.
• Experience embedding governance, auditability, quality standards, responsible AI principles, and maintainability into solutions.
