AIOps Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Support internal agentic payment, data reporting, and operational intelligence workloads.
• Orchestrate ad-hoc data reporting and troubleshoot production bugs in real systems.
• Assist with backend changes using PHP and Python, SQL queries, and API integration fixes.
• Test internal tools, chatbot workflows, and RAG knowledgebase responses.
• Contribute scripts and small tools to reduce repetitive manual work and improve workflow automation.
• Document recurring issues, operational steps, and known reporting logic.

Requirements

• Basic programming knowledge in PHP and Python.
• Basic SQL knowledge, including joins, filtering, aggregation, and data validation.
• Ability to read logs, debug errors, and trace issues across systems.
• Experience working with structured data such as CSV, JSON, and API responses.
• Current student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields.

Nice to have

• Experience with Laravel, Node.js, or shell scripting.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, GitLab, CI/CD, or Linux command line.
• Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, DuckDB, Kafka, or S3.
• Interest in AI agents, chatbots, RAG systems, and vector search.
