AIOps Intern (Payment Data Automation)

What you will do

• Support payment reporting, reconciliation, merchant health monitoring, fraud detection, revenue analytics, and operational intelligence workloads.
• Assist with backend changes, SQL queries, API integration fixes, data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Troubleshoot production bugs, read logs, trace issues across systems, and improve reporting workflow reliability.
• Test internal tools, chatbot workflows, RAG knowledge-base responses, and automation scripts.
• Document recurring issues, reporting logic, operational procedures, and technical findings.
• Contribute scripts, small tools, and workflow automation to reduce repetitive manual work.

Requirements

• Currently studying Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic programming knowledge in PHP or Python.
• Basic SQL skills, including joins, filtering, aggregation, and data validation.
• Ability to work with CSV, JSON, database tables, and API responses.
• Comfort reading logs, debugging errors, documenting findings, and escalating issues with technical context.
• Attention to detail when handling financial, payment, reporting, and reconciliation data.

Nice to have

• Experience with Laravel, Node, shell scripting, dashboards, reporting tools, ETL/ELT, or data pipelines.
• Exposure to Docker, Git, GitLab, CI/CD, or Linux command line.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, or background jobs.
• Interest in AI agents, chatbots, RAG systems, vector search, or workflow automation.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, DuckDB, Kafka, S3, or similar data technologies.
