Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in Brno, Czech Republic

What you will do

• Own the Campaigns design scope end to end, from discovery through delivery.
• Collaborate in a fullstack pod with a Product Manager, frontend and backend developers, and a dev lead.
• Conduct discovery interviews and usability testing with real customers.
• Refactor and professionalize existing design hirify.globals and improve design consistency.
• Use AI tooling, including Claude and Claude Code, for rapid prototyping and testing.
• Advocate for user needs, challenge scope simplifications, and influence wider team delivery.

Requirements

• Senior-level product design experience with a track record of independently owning a design scope.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to defend design decisions and push back when needed.
• Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced three-week sprints with short delivery cycles.
• Fluent Czech and English are required for daily collaboration.
