Salesforce Developer (Apex, LWC & Integrations)

Location: Monterrey, Mexico; hybrid work with 2 days per week at the client office

What you will do

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.
• Build scalable and reusable solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations with external systems.
• Apply Salesforce architecture, security, API, and enterprise integration best practices.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications, present solutions, and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues while mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Salesforce integrations, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Apex Triggers, SOQL, unit testing, REST/SOAP integrations, data modeling, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Salesforce Application Architect certification.
• Experience with enterprise middleware, CI/CD, and DevOps practices in Salesforce environments.
• Experience in global delivery or multinational teams.
