Junior RA (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Provide on-site Registration Authority support for DISA J6 C4E and the DoD Public Key Encryption/Infrastructure implementation.
• Assist with creating, distributing, and unlocking PINs for NIPR and SIPR PKI tokens in coordination with Trusted Agents.
• Issue NPE, user, administrator, group, role, VIP, and mobile code-signing certificates.
• Support certificate revocation, suspension, restoration, RA and Trusted Agent registration, and termination across unclassified and classified networks.
• Monitor RA operations against DoD PKI policies, procedures, and DISA audit requirements.
• Perform third-party key recovery and provide customer support and knowledge transfer, including possible off-hours release and outage support.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in information assurance, cybersecurity, or technical roles focused on DoD or federal PKI/PKE.
• 0–1 years of experience as a Registration Authority or Key Recovery Agent on NIPR and SIPR.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures and communicate technical information clearly.
• Strong customer service, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage individual projects and collaborate in dynamic cross-organizational teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Virginia, with possible off-hours support for releases and outages.
